    My latest challenge

If this isn’t the ultimate challenge for a shy person, I don’t know what is. So, as summer approaches many of us highschoolers begin searching for jobs. While I admit I haven’t put forth the greatest effort to actually get a job, I have looked and even applied to a couple of places around town the last couple of years. I actually even had a job at a clothing store last summer but got annoyed being told what to do and when to do it during MY summer break and quit. Is that a problem?

Anyways,  now that I’m a big senior I’ve been trying to motivate myself to get serious about finding a decent job, however, these efforts usually begin with “Come on Taylor, getting a job could be fun! You have nothing to do during the summer anyways,” and end with something like “My dog might get lonely without me, I’m better stay at home.” Needless to say, I haven’t gotten very far. So this is my current challenge to get out of my comfort zone and find a job.

Have any suggestions of a decent place to get a summer job? Leave comments with suggestions! Wish me luck!
