On February 13, Randall hosted a UIL Invitational Meet in which several 4A students competed against each other in 11 different subjects. Randall had five 1st place students including Jack Nidey in Accounting, Kelly Neil in Current Issues and Events, Alexa Hand in Ready Writing, Chancey Herbolsheimer in Editorial Writing and Cody Stavenhagen in Headline and News Writing. Out of the 11 subjects Randall had 29 students place overall and received 1st as a whole school in Accounting and Spelling as well as 2nd in Chemistry.
