As many are aware the highlight of the spring semester is approaching faster and faster. Saturday April 6, the annual prom celebration will be hosted at the Amarillo Civic Center. From eight to 12, students are invited to come and enjoy dancing, music and refreshments. Although the event is only open to juniors and seniors, students may bring a guest as his or her date. Junior class parents are in charge of setting up and decorating before prom begins, and began having meetings to correspond plans. Any junior parent is invited to attend meetings, and a schedule of meetings can be found on the Canyon ISD calendar.
