The Lady Raiders volleyball team defeated Caprock Tuesday in three games to earn their ninth district win and 32nd win overall.
The Lady Raiders saw good performances out of several players in this game. Senior Aubree Piper contributed another great game with 13 kills. Junior Tori Jobe had 42 assists for the Ladies, while sophomore Libby Strickland also stepped up with 11 kills as the Lady Raiders downed Caprock 25-12, 25,-13, and 23-15.
The next game for the Lady Raiders will be October 17 at Randall as they will take on rival Hereford, who is second to Randall in district 3-4A with a 7-1 district record.
