Who needs school organized sports?

People tend to think that just because you don’t participate in an athletic program at school means you are never going to be in shape. That is not true. There are a ton of workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home that will get you into better shape than any of the football players or track runners. You just have to work at it. One thing that gets you into amazing shape is running hills. I know it seems exhausting, and you feel like your legs are about to fall off while you’re running, but you feel fantastic afterwards. Running hills gives you the best calf muscles and builds up your stamina to where you can run for what seems like, forever. Another thing that helps is an app called “Workout Trainer.” This app provides a number of different workout routines that are great for beginners or exercise addicts. It is complete with step-by-step audio and video instructions that talk you through the various workouts. You’re even able to customize your workout plan to work with your schedule and allows you to pick what area you want to work on the most. There’s a ton of other things you can do to get into shape on your own, but it’s not going to come easily, your going to have to work at it and keep with it in order to get into the best shape of your life. You may even get to the point where you can run a triathlon without turning over and dying! Just stick with it.
