Playstation 4 vs Xbox One

Sony and Microsoft have been in a long standing battle for decades. Their battle continues today with the advancements of the new systems that are to come in just a month. While the normal fans of the Xbox and the Playstation are feuding because of the general quality and gaming opportunities that have been given, another battle rages inside the systems, both companies boasting about their power and storage. Xbox One gives out a 8GB of DDR3 RAM powered by a custom 8-core AMD CPU backed up with a 500GB hard drive, clearly, storage will not be an issue for this impressive console, but Playstation’s creators weren’t put in that position for their looks. Playstation 4 offers up an 8-core x86-64 AMD “Jaguar” CPU and 8GB of GDDR5 RAM but it’s 16 times the amount of RAM the previous generation of consoles offered and both with be outfitted with a Blue-ray player, just because they could.

Microsoft has already had a handful of mistakes, not allowing any games to be played unles hard copied on the hard drive that is already in the system and logging onto a console other than your own will not allow you to access these games directly. Buying pre-owned game results in a users fee that would take off on your Xbox Live account. There have been no major modifications that have been needed to the Playstation 4 and users who have critiqued it have said that it is all about gaming.
