Senior Makes Plans For College

As senior year approaches soon almost every junior is trying to figure out what they are going to do in the future. A lot of juniors are trying to figure out what they want to do, but junior Ashely Rodriguez has already figured out what she wants to do.

“I plan to go to college to get a Masters in Biology, a Minor in Math and to start my medical career,” Ashely said. “I will have college for four years and seven or eight years in medical school.”

Ashely is taking college credit courses now in hopes of cutting down the amount of time she will need to spend in school. She plans to attend Texas Tech, because of their strong medical program which is ranked 93.

“Ashely is really smart and takes her grades seriously,” junior Schoenstatt Garcia said. “She’s always worrying about her grades and she has always been a good student. Just by looking at her you can tell what she wants to go to college for because she is always carrying her biology book. I remember the one time she left her book in her class she freaked out then she remembered where she left it and she instantly relaxed.”
