Movie buffs everywhere are anxious for the sequel to “The Hobbit” to finally come. For those who have never heard of the movie or have seen “The Lord of the Rings,” I would advise you watch all the “Lord of the Rings” first then watch The Hobbit movies. Even though The Hobbit movies take place before the Lord of the Rings movies.

“The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” is scheduled for release Dec. 13. In this movie, after successfully crossing over (and under) the Misty Mountains, Thorin (the leader of the dwarves) and company must seek aid from a powerful stranger before taking on the dangers of Mirkwood Forest–without the great (and awesome) Gandalf. If they reach the human settlement of Lake-town it will be time for the hobbit Bilbo Baggins to fulfill his contract with the dwarves. The group must complete the journey to Lonely Mountain and burglar Baggins must seek out the Secret Door that will give them access to the hoard of the dragon Smaug. Gandalf keeps mysteriously disappearing to his secret business in the south.

“The Hobbit: There and Back Again”, is set to be the third movie in The Hobbit productions.
