Culinary arts students appeared on KAMR NBC 4’s morning show earlier today to teach viewers how to make Carmel Apple Pie.
Students prepared the recipe while on air in the full kitchen located inside the studio and appeared on air for four two minute segments at 5:40, 6:10, 6:40 and 6:55 a.m.
In addition to appearing on the show, culinary students will also cater a luncheon later this week at the Amarillo Botanical Gardens for Harrington Cancer Center Survivors. Apricot glazed chicken, mixed green salad, oat and wheat rolls and mixed berry cobbler will be on the menu.
