The varsity football team ended their season Saturday, losing to Aledo 28-14 in the regional quarterfinals. The Raiders had a great season and scored the most points on Aledo in Aledo’s whole playoff season. The game was played at Cowboys Stadium in Dallas.

The Lady Raiders basketball team lost to Amarillo High 56-68. They will play in the Kansas Tournament Dec. 10-12. On Dec. 15, the girls will play Tascosa at Tascosa at 6:00 p.m.

The varsity boys’ basketball team lost to Lubbock Trinity 58-69 on Dec. 1. The boys will play at the Southwest Classic Tournament in Garden City, KS on Dec. 10-12. On Dec. 15, the boys will play Tascosa at Tascosa at 7:30 p.m.

The varsity boys’ wrestling team will play in the Kansas City tournament in Kansas City Dec. 17-19, starting at 1:00 p.m. The varsity girls’ wrestling team will play in the Frisco tournament on Dec. 11-12.

The tennis facility has officially been handed over to the district, so the team may start practices on the new courts across the street at the Boyce Tennis Center. The parking lot is open to tennis players only, so don’t plan on being able to park there during school.

The boys and girls varsity soccer teams will begin their seasons soon, along with softball and baseball. Congratulations to all of our sports teams and good look Raiders!
