Randall Cheerleaders Compete at UIL Spirit State Championship
The Randall cheerleaders made their second appearance at the annual UIL State Cheer Championships where they competed against 60 teams in Texas. Out of 60 teams, Randall placed 15th along and was the only team in the Panhandle to make finals. The Raider cheer squad had to do three things in prelims to get to the finals: Band Chant, Fight Song and Crowd Leading. In finals, they had to show all three over again plus they had to display a defensive and offensive cheer.
Riley Mills is a sophomore, and this is her second year of broadcast. Mills joined because she love recording events around the school.
