The Adventures of Jesse Srader

After setting his equipment up to record, he sits down, and prepares himself for his upcoming adventure. He feels the adrenaline and excitement as the water guides him down the rocks, safely into the rushing water below.

Sophomore Jesse Srader has a YouTube channel called The Adventures of Jesse Srader. He uploads videos he takes of himself completing different recreational activities. Srader’s videos include him snowboarding, driving an ATV, sliding down a waterfall, riding a dune buggy, riding a motorcycle, and a tennis racket fail.

“My favorite part of making these videos is the fun and adventure,” Srader said.

Srader uses different mounts, tripods and headstraps to record himself.

“The waterfall video was my favorite,” Srader said. “It was fun to make.”

Srader’s Tennis Racket Fail video is the most popular with 240 views.

“I decided to make these videos because I want to try to make a career out of it and have fun,” Srader said. “I posted them to YouTube to get famous.”

Srader’s channel has 14 subscribers.

“I saw a couple of Jesse’s videos,” junior Frankie Pirelli said. “I thought they were pretty cool.

Srader’s videos range in length from 24 seconds to about one minute long.

“My ultimate goal is to make enough money to sustain myself off the videos,” Srader said. “I feel good about what I’m doing.”
