“Church and loving others are the most important things to me,” Maguire said. “(My mission) is to love people and let them know that at least one person cares.” Maguire is active in the Hillside Christian Church program and volunteers as a leader for a sixth grade group every Wednesday night. She also leads a bible study at her house which brings even more high school students to the love of Jesus. Loving people is a strong desire for Maguire because she tries to, “show people how loved they are no matter the mistakes that they might make, and (show them) how Jesus does the exact same thing for them too.”
