What You Need To Know: Graduation, Yearbook Distribution and Chromebook Collection

With the end of the school year approaching, here is what you need to know about graduation, yearbook distribution and Chromebook collection:

Graduation: Seniors should have received a call from a school official this week with details about graduation. Seniors, along with up to 4 guests, will report to the school at their assigned time on May 12. On this day, seniors will walk across the stage in the West Auditorium and receive their diploma. Western Photo will take a professional photo of each senior, and attendees will be allowed to take their own photos. In addition, the district has hired a videography company to record each senior receiving their diploma. All footage of the day will be combined into one single graduation video which will be aired May 22 at 5 p.m. on News Channel 10, and can also be viewed from the Randall High homepage.

Yearbook Distribution: Students will pick up their yearbooks through a drive-thru system set up in front of the West Building from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. on May 14-15 (for seniors) or May 18-21 (for underclassmen). There is a limited supply of yearbooks still available to purchase at jostensyearbooks.com. All yearbooks must be ordered online prior to pick up; cash and checks will not be accepted at the school.

Chromebook Collection: Students need to drop off Chromebooks through the drive-thru system that will be set up in front of the West Building on May 14-15 for seniors, and My 18-21 for underclassmen. The drive-thru will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Seniors who wish to purchase their Chromebook will need to pay $40 through MyPaymentsPlus. Seniors who plan to keep their Chromebooks will still need to drop off their Chromebook on the dates listed above; the Chromebooks will then be cleaned, updated and ready for pick up when seniors come back in early June to pick up their diplomas.
