When summer comes and school work is the farthest thing from teenage minds, the beauty questions start rolling in. From the perfect tan to the perfect bathingsuit. In between all those questions lies the perfect hair and how to achieve beach waves. Luckily, here is a tell all on how to achieve them that will have all the raider girls looking flawless this spring break.

Supplies needed: sea spray (you can buy your favorite brand or make your own with a spray bottle, water, and sea salt and any other essential oil you would like to add), a wide tooth comb, and a straightner.

Step 1: Begin to curl your hair with the straightner. This is an easy process that gives a different curl than a curling iron. Start at the top of a strand of hair and clamp a piece in and turn your wrist back depending on which way you want your hair to curl. Slowly move it down the strand of hair. Continue doing this until your hair is fully curled.

Step 2: Flip your hair over your head and begin to spray your sea spray at the roots of your hair using your finger to work it through. This adds texture.

Step 3: Use your comb to brush through your hair and play with it until it is the way you want it. If a piece is too curly and no amount of combing can tame it, simply run your straightner over the peice quickly to get some of the curl out and leave a wave.

Step 4: Spray sea spray where needed as desired.
