With prom just around the corner the heat is on to make prom night the best night of our teen lives. Girls must find the best dress, have the best hair do, and be the most beautiful girl to walk in. But the pressure is also up for the guys to find the perfect way to ask that special someone. You have to have a plan. You have to make it original, sentimental, and maybe even a little funny.  Promposals range from cute little knick knacks to huge, elaborate stunts. Lets just hope that your proposal is answered with an enthusiastic “yes”-because no one wants to end up crying into a tub of ice cream on prom night. There are a lot of ways to ask someone to prom. My boyfriend asked me by writing out “PROM” in pictures that we took of us on the wall. It was pretty cute. But here are some other possible ideas:

1.) A locker full of “flowers”- put bags of cooking flour in that special someone’s locker and leave a note that says, “I bought you flours, so will you go to prom with me?”

2.) Come on, Lego to prom- make a sign reading, “Lego to prom?” Spelled out in Legos.

3.)”Winging It”- buy that special someone a box of chicken wings with a note that says, ” I’ve never done this before, so I’m just gonna wing it, will you go to prom with me?”

These are just a few examples of how you can ask someone to prom. But you should defiantly make it sentimental. Use an inside joke or use your favorite thing to do together as an inspiration for the way you’re going to ask them.
