Randall team earns second place in Science Bowl competition
A Randall team earned second place in the Science Bowl competition this past week. The team consisted of seniors Collin Blackwell, Blake Phelan, James Dewy and Jonathan Hofmann and junior Jacob Brue.
Science Bowl is a competition where teams earn points by answering science and math based questions. Science Bowl in a nationwide competition, almost every state has Science Bowl teams. Science Bowl is almost like an Olympics for STEM.
The Randall team began preparing for the contest in August and spent anywhere between three and six hours per week studying for Science Bowl.
