The one-act team will compete for Area this weekend (April 9-10) in Abilene, Texas. The team was one of two schools, Canyon High being the other, to advance after the district round. The team will match up against Canyon and other area schools to perform One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest with seniors Trason Carver and Kaley Srader playing lead roles. Only two schools will advance to the regional competition April 22-24.
