Supplies:
-cake mix
-cake pan
-six small bowls
-food coloring
-stirring instrument
Make cake batter as instructed. Divide the cake batter equally among the six bowls. Mix desired shades of red, yellow, green, blue, purple, and orange in the bowls with the food coloring. Now, use a spoon or fork to scoop out different colored batters and splatter them into the cake pan. Cook as directed and enjoy!
Variation: To make cookies, use sugar cookie dough and divide the dough in the same manner to put in food coloring before combining colors.
