Fast Food Gone Good

As highschool students, we tend to be on the go everyday, causing us to have to stop for fast food. It’s almost impossible to eat healthy during lunch, and for those of us in extracurricular activities, we usually just settle for Mcdonalds or Burger king for dinner. It seems like we can never live a healthy lifestyle, with the busy lives that we have, but there is a solution.There are actually a lot of fast food places out there that serve healthy food, but we just don’t realize it.  Most fast food places are known for being completely unhealthy, and for causing heartburn like no other. Places like Mcdonalds, Wendy’s, Taco bell, and Sonic have been said to not even use real meat in their food, but they actually serve some food that’s pretty good for you. You can get the premium caeser salad with grilled chicken that’s only 375 calories or the grilled honey mustard snack wrap plus a small French fry for only 480 calories at Mcdonalds. At Taco bell you can get the fresco burrito supreme plus black beans for only 430 calories or the Whopper Jr.(no mayonnaise) plus value sized onion rings for only 410 calories at Burger King. So even though you have to swing by the drive thru for lunch, doesn’t mean that you can’t eat right. There are plenty of things on the menu that you can get for under 450 calories, you just have to look for it.
