Cinergy Prepares For Grand Opening

Gretta Alumbaugh, Staff Writer

The new Cinergy’s grand opening is Oct. 2 which is located in Town Square Village off of the loop and Hillside.

Movies, bowling, laser tag, arcade games, escape room, and rope courses is just some of what Cinergy has to offer.  The company wants to make your experience like a dine-in theater, so they offer a wide variety of food and drinks. The giant screen in the movie theater stretches from floor to ceiling making the objects appear six times as big. It’s not just the viewing experience that the guest loves, the enhanced sound systems and the upgraded seats is a bonus. Cinergy also offers the availability of renting out spaces for private parties and events.

Cinergy is Texas based and only has locations in Amarillo, Copperas Cove, Midland, and Odessa. The Amarillo location is already fully staffed and is training for the grand opening. Prior to the grand opening, Cinergy is hosting a group as a practice run.  All the proceeds from this night are going to High Plains Children’s Home and Family Services. Many Randall students are awaiting Cinergy’s grand opening.

“I’m really excited for Cinergy,” senior Hannah Gibson said. “I’m excited to have another place to hang out with my friends.”
