Librarian, Joshua Wilson
After deciding law school made him unhappy, Joshua Wilson earned his teacher certification to become a librarian.
Wilson has been working for a year in the West library. Wilson is in charge of assisting students and staff with research, selecting books, and hosting fan clubs during Flex. Outside of school he is the director of many comic and anime conventions.
“My favorite part about working here is getting to know all the new students,” Wilson said. “Randall is a great place to work and everyone is so nice.”
Wilson’s favorite memory while working in the education field is helping drop-outs learn how to read.
“I was blessed to have many outstanding teachers growing up,” Wilson said. “I prepare all students for college and life after high school. I want you to be successful in whatever you choose to do.”
Spencer Maddox is a senior, and this is his second year on the newspaper staff. Maddox said he wanted to be on newspaper staff because it sounded fun.
