“What I like about Teaching/Coaching. There are two things I really enjoy about teaching and coaching. Seeing a student or athlete succeed at what they are doing(hard work pays off), and secondly, the relationships you build with them. I love working with students to see them improve in what they are weak at. The love, laughter, mischief, creativity, and imagination of children are like an eternal fountain of joy and vitality. It truly inspires me how many of my students start low at the start of the year than are sky-high at the end of the year.  I enjoy coaching because I love to watch my students through their journey, and help then explore their dreams and passions. Effective coaching requires active listening, deciphering needs, and then building capacity. By being a coach you are setting an example for your students to follow, so it is really important to me that my students are self motivated and determined.”
