Time is running out for adults and students who are 18 or older to register to vote in the Nov. 8 Texas constitutional amendments election.
To vote in this election, students must register to vote by Tuesday Oct. 11. To register, you can stop by your country registrar’s office or pick up a form at any post office, library or DPS office. You can also register online at www.votexas.org.
For this election, there are 10 proposed amendments, including school and water funding, taxeds and pardons and terms of office.
Early voting begins Oct. 24. On election day, Nov. 8, polls will be open from 7 a.m.- 7 p.m.
