Why the VP Debate Sealed Trump’s Re-Election

In American history, it is safe to say we are at a crossroads. The political landscape has become ever so hostile and violent, seeing leftist and right-wing parties battle it out on our streets, on social media and even in Congress. Some people, when it comes to politics, are often left with feelings of fear to speak their mind, or the feeling of just being plain unsatisfied. To their credit, they’re not alone. However, the election is coming up quickly, and Americans are left with a hard but crucial decision, will they re-elect President Donald J. Trump or Former Vice President Joe Biden? To answer this in good faith, I want to look at and dissect the debate between Vice President Mike Pence and Congresswomen Kamala Harris, because lets us be honest, there is a lot more to work with here.

This is quite frankly one of the most crucial decisions our nation will make in our history. With Covid-19, the Racial Inequality Crisis, and in more recent news the Confirmation of Supreme Court Nominee, Judge Amy Conney Barrett, it would be irresponsible to say that these three issues are the most urgent and pressing matters facing our country; however, for this article it will suffice. This nation has always been, in my eyes, one that always looks toward the future and equal rights and opportunity not for one single race or person, but for all. I do recognize that the Democrat party wants to move our country into a more “ideal” and “helpful” nation but there is always a time where we have to put our foot down and raise our flag as a proud and independent nation.

This is why I am Republican and for the re-election of President Donald J. Trump. As we begin to arise in a new generation of our great American society, we are met with challenges to decide how our government will affect our everyday lives, and to decide whether or not we will provide a better future for the future Americans of tomorrow. What does it mean to be a “free society”? The Republican Party not only understands the impacts of a big and controlling government but also recognizes the moral impacts of decisions that are made in congress. Those moral decisions to fight for the banning of abortion, to stand with not only one race, but ALL Americans. I am proud to say, I stand with the party that stands for the freedoms and liberty we know and the enduring courage to stand against the moral declines in our nation today. So lets’ break down these three topics.

Covid-19

I think we can all agree, this is a plague that has and still is continuing to impact our daily lives. To the mask debate, to the restrictions heavy too none, no one really knows how to govern during a time when American lives are at risk. Our politicians have ideas, and some of those ideas have been put to the test; however, I like to say that the ultimate test to an idea is the test of time and its effectiveness. The Democrats’ are caught up in trying to undermine our current president, pointing fingers and pitching the idea of a dying democracy.

on January 28, the vice president and the president were informed about the nature of this pandemic. They were informed that it’s lethal in consequence, that it is airborne, that it will affect young people, and that it would be contracted because it is airborne, and they knew what was happening, and they didn’t tell you.

— Kamala Harris

On the other hand, our current administration is pointing fingers at China, saying that they will “pay a great price,” but can we be honest, now is not the time to point fingers whether you’re on the left or right or don’t even care about politics. It is my belief that we cannot keep looking back, or trying to blame each other for what is already upon us. A great battle is ahead so we should keep our eyes ahead. A Biden Covid plan in their own words:

Well, Joe Biden does, and our plan is about what we need to do around a national strategy for contact tracing, for testing, for the administration of the vaccine, and making sure that it will be free for all.

— Kamala Harris

I can’t help to feel a sigh of great relief that the federal government not only wants to provide a free health care plan for the virus, but also a national contract tracing and racing. This is if you will, the typical Democrats trying to grab for the power they want and have been longing for. One of the most notable aspects of our American society is that we are governed in our communities, onto our states, and then to the federal government. The distribution of power allows for a more representative government, a true democracy. Although it would be nice to think about what we can give back to our fellow countrymen, we must also think who is going to give back to our fellow countrymen, that certainly won’t be the federal government’s money. See the problem yet?

President Donald Trump has put the health of Americans first. Before there were more than five cases in the United States, all people who had returned from China, President Donald Trump did what no other American president had ever done, and that was he suspended all travel from China, the second-largest economy in the world. Senator Joe Biden opposed that decision. He said it was xenophobic and hysterical, but I can tell you, having led the White House Coronavirus Task Force, that that decision alone by President Trump bought us invaluable time to stand up the greatest national mobilization since World War II. And I believe it’s saved hundreds of thousands of American lives.

— Vice President Mike Pence

Vice President and the current administration took bold moves from day one. For Mrs. Harris to accuse the Trump Administration of killing 200,000 Americans, as our VP put it is “lies.” While looking at the plan that has been enacted, “Operation Warp Speed” our President has put the materials into the hands of the state to use them to combat this Virus. This goes to prove, our President could care less about attaining power over a nation as a whole, but to achieve the highest level of statesmanship during this pandemic.

More than 115 million tests have been done to date. We were able to see to the delivery of billions of supplies so our doctors and nurses had the resources and support they needed, and we began, really before the month of February, it was hard to develop a vaccine and to develop medicines and therapeutics that I’ve been saving lives all along the way.

— Vice President Mike Pence

Our democracy is at work, at both of the VP candidates in a more respectable manner.

Racial Inequality and Rioting

I always refer people to Critical Race Theory, if you have never really understood it, well I would welcome you to study this topic. For years, the left has swarmed toward these ideas. In simple terms, “racial inequality emerges from the social, economic and legal differences that white people create between “races” to maintain elite white interests in labor markets and politics, giving rise to poverty and criminality in many minority communities” – Britannica. The left wants to use this theory to stand by this idea that America is a place where no one is equal, free or safe, they want to pitch that an accumulation of micro-aggressions and events are suitable to start rioting and standing on a street corner for BLM.

I was a part of those peaceful protests, and I believe strongly that, first of all, we are never going to condone violence, but we always must fight for the values that we hold dear, including the sight to achieve our ideals. And that’s why Joe Biden and I have said on this subject, look, and I’m a prosecutor. I know what I’m talking about. Bad cops are bad for good cops. We need reform of our policing in America and our criminal justice system, which is why Joe and I will immediately ban chokeholds and carotid holds. George Floyd would be alive today if we did that. We will require a national registry for police officers who break the law.

— Kamala Harris

When Americans hear BLM and other racially charged groups, I think it is safe to say not everyone looks at the silver lining to the whole situation. There is more to be said than just the headline. I remember personally watching a group of rioters charge and set fire to a police station, marking what would soon mark the beginning of a moral decline. I remember sitting in disbelief as I heard the rioters laughing while on the video stream. As the building burnt and fell, as the video showed people breaking and looting into stores, in a battle between what is good and bad, America in my eyes lost that day. Even though Harris and Biden and now many other Democrats, who say that they “condone violence,” their own words are not worth what was lost, and what was lost was more than business or police departments, but the heart of a free American society. Some would say that George Floyd would want this but in reality, the Democrats want this, an America where its citizens openly destroy our flag and along with it, its meaning. Under a Biden and Harris Administration, I wouldn’t expect anything more.

You’re entitled to your opinion, Senator, andd with regard to George Floyd, there’s no excuse for what happened to George Floyd. Justice will be served, but there’s also no excuse for the rioting and looting that followed. I mean, it really is astonishing. Flora Westbrook is with us here tonight in Salt Lake City. Just a few weeks ago, I stood at what used to be her salon. It was burned to the ground by rioters and looters, and Flora is still trying to put her life back together. I must say this, this presumption that you hear consistently from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, that America is systemically racist. That as Joe Biden said, that he believes that law enforcement has an implicit bias against minorities, is a great insult to the men and women who serve in law enforcement.

— Vice President Mike Pence

Our current administration and quite frankly the Republican Party know very well the importance of law and order and although, political rhetoric, to openly fight against the defunding of police. The quote from our Vice President speaks for itself, a political party built on morals and facts, not feelings. I cannot help but to notice, Mrs. Westbrooks reaction as the left, openly lie about their stance on rioting and anarchy in our streets.

The Nomination of Judge Amy Conney Barrett

The right and left are in a fierce battle in the decision to fill the seat or not of the late Supreme Court Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Starting with the wishes of the late judge to have the next President nominate and confirm the seat, it raises a hard but fairly logical answer. However, honorable or powerful the late judge may have been, I raise the fact that the process to nominate a Supreme Court Justice does not come from a late judge, or even the wishes or opinions of the far left, but the United States Constitution.

Joe and I are very clear, as are the majority of the American people, we are 27 days before the decision about who will be the next president of the United States. You know before, when this conversation has come up, it has been about an election year or election time. We’re literally in an election. Over 4 million people have voted. People are in the process of voting right now, and so Joe has been very clear, as the American people are: Let the American people fill that seat in the White House, and then we’ll fill that seat on the United States Supreme Court.

— Kamala Harris

Harris and Biden are relentless in trying to convince Americans that this is the essence of a democracy, that by you voting somehow will stop the nomination of Judge Amy Conney Barrett. They are pitching the idea that this nomination is somehow “unconstitutional” because it is during the opposing side election season. It is incredible how the far left can so blindly spread false information and fake news at the highest level.

The people deserve a straight answer, and if you haven’t figured it out yet, the straight answer is they are going to pack the Supreme Court if they somehow win this election. To the many people across this country: If you cherish our Supreme Court, if you cherish the separation of powers, you need to reject the Biden-Harris ticket come Nov. 3 and reelect President Donald Trump. We will stand by the separation of powers and nine seats on the Supreme Court.

— Vice President Mike Pence

The many take away from the Vice Presidential debate is this, the democrats want to cease control and implement their nationwide healthcare fiasco, taking advantage of Covid. They continue to use critical race theory as an excuse to make Americans feel unequal and they want to pack our Supreme Court with fellow Democrats to implement plans. We have never been at such a crossroads, where the future of this vote could determine whether or not our great American Experiment lives on to see another day.

And I will tell you that –don’t assume that what you’re saying on your local news networks is synonymous with the American people. You know, I looked at the relationship between Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the late justice who we just lost from the Supreme Court, and the late Justice Antonin Scalia. They were on polar opposites on the Supreme Court of the United States – one very liberal, one very conservative, but what’s been learned since her passing was the two of them and their families were the very closest of friends. Here in America, we can disagree we can debate vigorously as Senator Harris and I have on the stage tonight, but when the debate is over, we come together as Americans.

— Mike Pence

For those who read this, who are scared to speak up maybe because you are unsure how you will be treated or judged, I ask that you educate yourself. I ask that you voice your opinion, to not speak light-heartedly but to do so in a manner that will make your fellow countrymen proud. I find inspiration in those who have found America as a land of limitless opportunities. Many of us will or have taken it for granted. We live in a great nation where we can be proud to be left or right, or just an American as a whole. To my fellow young Americans, we are up next. We are tasked with the great struggle to keep moving in a positive direction so that we may live in prosperity and peace. We must continue to think, as our country depends on it. I am proud to be an American, where I can openly support our President Donald J. Trump, a Pro-Life, Pro-Family, Pro-Business, and most importantly Pro-Faith.

So say what you will about America, but we live in the land of the free and the home of the brave, where opportunities are limitless and free speech is welcomed.
