Bob Ellis has worked at Randall for two years teaching Special Education. When he is not in the classroom, he plays guitar and is also a unified partner for the Special Olympics.

Ellis said he enjoys teaching, especially when students have the ‘ah-ha’ moment when they understand something new. Ellis said his favorite memory as a teacher has been when his students walk the stage at graduation.

“I help students find ways to be successful,” Ellis said. “Students make life fun.”

Ellis said didn’t plan to become a teacher at first; he planned to become a rockstar. However, he said  this job chose him.
